Question: What is the difference in Enerfax Daily and Enerfax GOLD? Answer: Enerfax Daily is the free energy publication that lists prices and articles on natural gas and electricity. Enerfax GOLD includes free prices and articles on gas, oil, liquids, and derivatives.
Question: What type of email do I get, or should I get? Answer: We have 3 types of email. 1. HTML Web- This is the web page which is sent out everyday. It has colorful pictures. It can be seen at our website at www.enerfax.com or www.enerfaxgold.com. Some email software will not accept this email. Microsoft Outlook Express does. You can not save this type in your email. It will disappear each day and the new daily email will appear. 2. Text by egroups. This version is sent out by egroups. You can subscribe by writing enerfax-subscribe@egroups.com or EnerfaxGOLD-subscribe@egroups.com. You do not have to be a member of egroups, but if you are, you will be able to view past issues of Enerfax. Most email software and servers accept this type of email. 3. Text by aol. This version is sent out by Enerfax aol. It has some extra features as bold, italics, etc. Some email software will not accept this email. American Online (AOL) does.

HTML Web Problems Problem: I keep getting an old Enerfax when I open my email. Reason: Your browser is remembering an old Enerfax. The html web version is our web page being sent to you and your browser is set to remember the old Enerfax. Much like if your not on-line, you can still see the old Enerfax. Answer: Hit your refresh button. You can also write our html address in CAPITALS to confuse your browser. (WWW.ENERFAX.COM) (WWW.ENERFAXGOLD.COM)
Problem: I can not read my email. Reason: Some email software, can not accept web pages, Answer: If this is your software, ask for our text version by writing enerfax-subscribe@egroups.com

TEXT Email Problems Problem: I was getting my Enerfax by email and then it stopped coming. What can I do? Reason: Our text version has a feature that if your email responds that you are on vacation or out of the office, it will withhold sending your email. Answer: You can prevent this by setting all of your group delivery options to "No Mail / Web Only" before you go on vacation. If you wish to reset an account with Auto-responder status, you will need to contact egoups at support@egroups.com If you are out of the office a lot and would like to keep up with the daily prices, then please ask for the aol version by writing enerfax1@aol.com
Problem: I liked the old text version better, how can I get it back? Reason: The old text version looks better with some email servers including aol. Answer: Write enerfax1@aol.com and ask for the aol version.
Problem: I asked to sign up for Enerfax and I got a letter asking to join a chat, poll, etc group. I don't want all this all I want is the daily newsletter. What do I do? Reason: To prevent spam, you must reply to the egroups email or you can not receive the newsletter. Answer: You do not need to use the egroups features, but you must reply to the egroups email to receive the free daily newsletter. If you want to see past issues, you must sign up at www.egroups.com and get a password. Its all free.
