I. CONTRACTING PARTIES: This contract and agreement is entered into by and between EFS and ______________________________________ (Advertiser).

III. TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
This agreement shall be effective until terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice to the other party (emails accepted).
IV. CONTRACT AMOUNT - Advertiser agrees to pay the amount listed below for the size of advertisement space contracted for per Enerfax publication, unless otherwise negotiated. All monies are due within 30 days of invoice.

The contract amount will be based on the following rates:
Full Page - 6" x 9" --- $2500 per month with 88 lines in the text version
Top banner - 468 x 60 pixels - $2,500-with 88 lines in the text version
Banner at bottom or middle - 468 x 60 pixels- $1000-with 42 lines in the text version
2/3 page - 6" x 6" - $2000- with 66 lines in the text  version
1/2 Page - 3"x 9" (portrait); or 6"x 4.5" (landscape) ---- $1500 per month with 44 lines in the text version
1/4 Page - 3"x 4.5" --- $1000 per month with 22 lines in the text version
1/6 Page- 3" x 3" -----$500 per month with 10 lines in the text version

All advertising rates are subject to change by EFS by giving Advertiser thirty days written notice.

V. ADVERTISEMENT MONTHLY ROLLOVER - Unless otherwise notified by either party to the contrary by the 15th of each month, or expressly stated herein to the contrary, all advertisements will be rolled into the following month. However, neither party is hereby obligated to advertise hereunder longer than one month unless proper written notice is not given or otherwise stated herein.
I have agreed to the following contract, and wish to advertise in Enerfax _____________ (Daily), (GOLD) with an advertisement size of ________________ Page for _________ months; or
Advertiser will notify EFS by writing or email on the 15^th of each month, if Advertiser does not want the advertisement to rollover to the following month, unless otherwise stated herein.

Sending an advertisement to be published to Enerfax constitutes acceptance of this contract.

VI. FEES - A service fee of $50.00 per month will be charged for monies owed past 60 days of invoice date. Enerfax may pull any advertisement without notice if monies are owed past 60 days. Advertiser will be responsible for all legal fees used to collect unpaid invoices.
