HTML Web Problems
Problem: I keep getting an old Enerfax when I open my email.
Reason: Your browser is remembering an old Enerfax. The html web version is our web page being sent to you and your browser is set to remember the old Enerfax. Much like if your not on-line, you can still see the old Enerfax.
Answer: Hit your refresh button. You can also write our html address in CAPITALS to confuse your browser. (WWW.ENERFAX.COM) (WWW.ENERFAXGOLD.COM)
Problem: I can not read my email.
Reason: Some email software, can not accept web pages,
Answer: If this is your software, ask for our text version by writing enerfax-subscribe@egroups.com
Problem: I use to be able to read the html web Enerfax, now I can not. What can I do?
Reason: Some software will not accept Enerfax when we increase our size or page numbers.
Answer: We are working on this problem, right now. Please sign up for the text version if this happens.
Problem: How do I make the links work under the Daily Bulletins?
Reason: Sorry, the Daily Bulletins are only bulletins, not linked to stories.
Answer: We will be offering a Premium Enerfax that offers links to the bulletins, soon.
